RESTRICTIONS ON “CHILDREN’S INFLUENCERS”, a bar in the Dutch Ministry

Macedonian text: The Dutch Ministry of Labor called for a ban on so-called “child influencers”, or children under 16 years of age, to be allowed to work in commercial online channels, such as what is seen from parental blogs or influencers. Artsen wrote in a letter to the Dutch Ombudsman that children who appear in online videos from parental blogs or influencers could face significant risks and that the prohibition of “child influencers” would apply specifically to cases where companies or parents use children as a source of income. In the letter to the Dutch Ombudsman, it was mentioned that the ban on “child influencers” would apply specifically to cases where companies or parents use children as a source of income.
