Minister Minchev Addresses Institutional Resilience at CEF Forum

Skopje – Minister for Public Administration Goran Minchev participated in the 2026 CEF Forum, a prominent event focused on “Managing in the Unknown and Building Resistance from Public Institutions.” The forum, held under the patronage of the Ministry of Finance, brought together high-ranking officials, experts, and policymakers from across Europe and regional areas. Minister Minchev served as a speaker within a panel discussion centered on leadership and institutional resilience. During the session, he highlighted the critical importance of inter-institutional coordination in the face of complex challenges.

He stated that the ability to effectively connect and align different administrative bodies is paramount for the successful implementation of reform initiatives and the delivery of quality services to citizens. A key point emphasized by the minister was that the greatest risk within uncertain circumstances isn’t solely a deficit of ideas or strategies, but rather the failure of institutions to respond appropriately. This underscores the need for robust and adaptable administration structures.

The event aimed to explore strategies for building resilience within public institutions and navigating evolving societal needs.
