Protetoci on Hollywood stars: between them is Anjelina Joli and Robert De Niro

Security expert Djermaïa Fawler alerted the British newspaper The Sun that personal information, including phone numbers and private email addresses, is readily accessible on the internet. He noted that this exposed data often contains technical details about the devices associated with those email accounts. This information can include specific details about connected hardware, such as phone models and operating system versions, as well as the versions of web browsers in use.

Fawler highlighted the significance of this technical exposure, stating that such details could provide valuable intelligence to potential attackers. “It was really interesting to see the data on the devices connected to the email addresses,” Fawler observed. He pointed out the difficulty in discerning precise details, such as the exact version of an iPhone 4S or the specific Safari version utilized by a web browser.

However, he emphasized that the presence of software version information remained critically important. The availability of this granular technical data raises concerns regarding digital privacy and security hygiene. The exposure of both personal identifiers and device specifications through publicly available email addresses creates multiple vectors for potential security breaches.

Experts advise that users must treat such online profiles with caution, as the aggregation of seemingly minor details can form a comprehensive profile used in targeted attacks.
