Skopje – Addressing growing global insecurity, Polish expert Prof. Jakubbek-Lalic highlighted the critical role of strong institutions alongside military defense. Speaking at the Skopje Forum on Insecurity (FF2026), held daily within the Macedonian Parliament, Prof.
Jakubbek-Lalic emphasized that corruption, deficient institutions, and the spread of disinformation represent significant contemporary threats. The forum, featuring international experts like Prof. Jakubbek-Lalic, focuses on the Western Balkans’ contribution to broader European insecurity.
