The High Court in Nishin has issued a ruling regarding Radislav Dragićević, the father of Dejan Dragićević, the primary suspect in the death of two-year-old Danka Ilić. Dragićević was found guilty of contempt of court following allegations that he assisted in the concealment of evidence related to the March 26, 2024, murder near Bor. The court’s decision stems from a previous prosecution attempt to implicate Dragićević in moving the body of the deceased child.
However, the court determined there was no legal justification for the charges, effectively dismissing the initial claims that he aided the perpetrators. Following the ruling, a summons was issued to all parties involved, granting them three days to file a formal complaint. This action is anticipated to significantly postpone any appeal to the Appellate Court in Nis, as reported by “Telegraph.”
Notably, the Appellate Court has previously determined that the prosecution maintains control over the case, a distinction highlighted by “Telegraph.” The case, involving the tragic death of Danka Ilić, and the term “presvrt” (referring to the location of the incident) remain central to the ongoing investigation.
Further legal proceedings are expected as the parties respond to the court’s decision.
