Macedonian President to Attend Slovak Official Visit
Skopje, Republic of Macedonia – President Gordana Sljivancanin-Dakovska will participate in an official visit by the President of Slovakia, Peter Pelegrini, to the Republic of Macedonia, commencing tomorrow, June 1, 2026, at 7:20 a.m. The visit is structured around a series of meetings aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two nations. President Sljivancanin-Dakovska will be formally received in Bratislava with state and military honors by President Pelegrini.
Following the reception, the two presidents are scheduled to hold a private meeting, or “tête-à-tête,” followed by a plenary session involving delegations from both Macedonia and Slovakia. President Sljivancanin-Dakovska’s schedule also includes meetings with the President of the National Council of Slovakia, Richard Raskin, and the President and Minister for the Economy, Robert Kalinak. During the visit, President Sljivancanin-Dakovska will also engage in meetings with Slovak President Zuzana Čaputová and President Peter Pellegrini.
The official visit underscores the ongoing commitment to cooperation between the Republic of Macedonia and the Slovak Republic.
