Serbia has extradited Marko Kilibard, aged 39, to Černa Gora. Kilibard is reportedly associated with the “Kavach clan” and is wanted in Černa Gora on charges including theft, insult, and the creation of a criminal organization. According to the Police Directorate of Černa Gora, the handover was the result of coordinated efforts involving the Bregujat team for comprehensive searches of the NCB Interpol Podgorica and the Special Police Unit.

These efforts were conducted in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia. The announcement stated that M.K., identified as Kilibard, a citizen of Černa Gora, and a member of the OCG with a high risk profile, was transferred to Montenegrin authorities. The extradition was carried out for the purpose of prosecuting activities related to the Dobrovo border crossing.

The goal is to initiate criminal proceedings before the competent court in Černa Gora. The authorities confirmed that Serbia cooperated in the process of bringing Kilibard to justice.
