Macedonian Football Federation Provides Documentation Following President’s Injury
The Macedonian Football Federation (FMF) has responded to concerns surrounding the injury of Ilčo Ѓорѓиоски, its president, by providing official documentation to relevant authorities. The FMF asserts it has submitted comprehensive records pertaining to the period from 2015 to 2019. Specifically, the FMF states it initially presented the documentation to the Main Public Prosecutor’s Office for the prosecution of organized crime and corruption in 2019.
Following this submission, the Office of the Financial Police conducted an investigation. In 2020, a duplicate copy of the documentation was then forwarded to the prosecutor’s office. According to the submitted records, the FMF incurred a total fine of 100,000 euros during the period from January 2015 through the end of 2019.
The FMF’s response indicates a commitment to transparency and cooperation with ongoing investigations. The organization’s focus remains on supporting its president, Ilčo Ѓорѓиоски, and addressing the concerns raised.
