Skopje – The Presidency of the Republic of Macedonia, led by Christian Mitkoski, has reiterated its steadfast commitment to European integration, stating that the process is grounded in established principles and diplomatic considerations. Speaking at a joint press conference, Mitkoski addressed ongoing discussions surrounding the country’s accession to the European Union. Mitkoski emphasized that Macedonia does not possess any special privileges within the third tier of accession negotiations.
He clarified that all rules and regulations apply equally to Macedonia, and that ongoing reforms are intended to benefit the wider European community. “Our position is clear,” Mitkoski stated. “We remain committed to the European path.
