Fuel Prices to Decrease for Macedonian Consumers This Weekend
The Regulatory Commission for Energy (RCE) has announced new price reductions for fuel, effective this weekend, offering relief for consumers preparing for summer travel. The changes will impact a range of fuel types across North Macedonia. Specifically, low-priced fuel oils, including EURODEL (D-E V) and Extra Light Domestic Oil (EL-1), will see a reduction of 7.00 Denar per liter.
This adjustment applies to the current prices of these fuels. For petrol, the EUROSUPER BS-95 grade will decrease by 3.50 Denar per liter, with the new price set at 84.00 Denar per liter. Conversely, the price of EUROSUPER BS-98 will increase by 4.00 Denar per liter, resulting in a new price of 78.00 Denar per liter.
These new prices are subject to review and remain in effect until the RCE issues a subsequent regular or extraordinary decree. The changes represent a notable shift in fuel prices and are anticipated to provide a benefit to consumers. The RCE continues to monitor and adjust fuel prices to ensure market stability.
