The president of the DUI, Ali Ahmeti, called on the party to stop leading the party in the future, and to stop being a political asset for the veterans. During his speech yesterday at the DUI election meeting in Kumanovo, Ahmeti said that he had no plans to stay president of the party for ever and that he would stop being a political asset for the other side. Ahmeti mentioned the former party leaders, Sadula Duroku, for whom he said that he would be appointed to the leadership of the veterans committee.
– I won’t stay president of the party for ever. I will try to be a veteran and see how I can be a veteran, Ahmeti said, carrying out the Albanian language mediation in the land. This speech was interpreted as a signal for the undertaking.
