A drone identified as a “Pomor” model exploded at approximately 10:30 local time near the Civic Port of Constanta, Romania. The incident occurred in close proximity to the headquarters of the Roman Agency for Maritime Safety. Authorities confirmed that the explosion resulted in no casualties.

Following the incident, Romanian authorities initiated a coordinated response. The Romanian Intelligence Service, Coast Guard, and Ministry of National Defense evacuated the port and surrounding areas. According to a statement from the Romanian Ministry, a number of “Pomor” drones were reportedly utilized during the conflict in Ukraine.
