Prime Minister Kreshnik Mitkooski addressed questions regarding the recent severe weather event, emphasizing the immediate response efforts across the country. Mitkooski confirmed that local mayors, along with their teams and affiliated enterprises, mobilized to assess and mitigate the damages caused by the epocal weather. He stated that the recovery and cleanup process continues into the current day.

According to the Prime Minister, any damages sustained will be officially assessed in accordance with established laws and past precedents, ensuring that all losses will be reimbursed by the appropriate state institutions. During the incident, medical services were required by 33 individuals, drawing resources from both the Urgent Clinical Center and the University Clinic for Surgical Diseases “St. Naum Ohridski.” Furthermore, reports indicated that damage was registered on several vital state objects. The Ministry of Interior also confirmed damage to public facilities following the storm.

In his address, mitsoski stressed the state’s preparedness to handle such crises, noting that while the immediate aftermath of the nevermore weather event is challenging, systemic support is in place.
