ZMAM Leaders Assess Party Formation, Emphasize Organic Growth

Kumanovo – Maxim Dimitrievski, president of the ZNAM (Zajedina Makedonska Partija) and mayor of Kumanovo, recently evaluated the party’s formation and its political establishment, characterizing it as a deliberate and independent process. Speaking on Telma’s Top Tema program, Dimitrievski highlighted the party’s unique approach compared to other political entities. “The formation of the party was a process, and we did not have to inherit it as it had done with others,” Dimitrievski stated.

He emphasized the ZNAM’s strategy of self-organization, focusing on establishing legitimate elections and cultivating a dedicated base of support. “We form the party ourselves, organize legitimate elections and organize a loyal support.”

Dimitrievski acknowledged the need for the party to mature, stating, “The political party needs time to mature, and we are actively working on it.” He further clarified that ZNAM has not entered into a formal coalition agreement with VMRO-DPMNE. The conversation centered on the challenges inherent in building a new political force.

Maxim Dimitrievski underscored the importance of a gradual, organic development for the ZNAM as it seeks to establish itself within the Macedonian political landscape.
