A Macedonian citizen was reportedly expelled from Serbia following an incident involving a commercial vehicle and a medical aid unit. The event occurred in a designated traffic accident zone when an ambulance was en route to a hospital in Niš. The accident resulted in damage to the medical vehicle.

According to reports, the van’s driver, who was born in 1985, sustained injuries. While the condition of the driver was reported as stable, he remained under intensive medical observation. The damaged van, which was equipped with oxygen supplies, received initial treatment at the Opshta Hospital in Leskovac before being transferred to the Anesthesia Clinic at the University Clinical Center in Niš for further care.

The expulsion of the Macedonian national was reportedly a consequence of the traffic accident. Serbian media outlets indicated that the citizen was subject to a one-day expulsion order. Authorities in Serbia managed the aftermath of the accident, which involved multiple emergency services responding to the scene.

The focus of the incident remained on the medical care provided to the injured van operator and the necessary investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision.
