LAW AMENDED FOR TROTINETS – The procedure is in text, informed Minister Toskovski

Legal Changes Proposed for Electric Trotting Machine Safety

Vlatodon – Legal revisions are under development to enhance safety surrounding the use of electric trotting machines, according to Minister of Internal Affairs, Panče Toskovski. The announcement was made during the presentation of the national project, “Prevention of the cycle of violence – systematic prevention of sexual and violent crimes in the educational system.”

Toskovski stated that the child protection group within VMRO-DPMNE will formally submit a proposal for legal amendments focused on accident prevention related to electric trotting machines. This initiative will be based on recommendations from expert analysis and the Ministry’s own staff.

The minister emphasized a commitment to preventing incidents, specifically addressing concerns regarding potential misuse. He clarified that the proposed changes aim to avoid the introduction of regulations that could unduly restrict the use of these machines, particularly for younger users. “We will not allow the use of knives and regulation in the field of administration of electric trotting machines, especially for the youngest ones,” Toskovski asserted.

He highlighted that ongoing analyses indicate a need for legal adjustments to improve safety standards and bolster overall prevention efforts. The proposed changes represent a key component of the broader strategy for crime prevention within the educational system.
