A report detailing the Joint Action for Railway Infrastructure (JRP REP SPC) for the period spanning January 1 to December 31, 2025, has revealed significant findings regarding security incidents. According to the legal service’s assessment, the period saw damages amounting to 28.67 million dinars, equivalent to 446,197 euros, attributed to various instances of robberies. The report, published on July 3, 2026, stated that these incidents compromised the stability and normal operation of the railway infrastructure throughout the Republic of Macedonia.

Furthermore, the document noted a decrease in the frequency of these robberies, reporting a reduction of 80 incidents compared to previous assessments. The analysis provides a comprehensive overview of security challenges faced by the railway sector within the macedonian context. The financial impact, quantified in euros, highlights the sustained vulnerability of critical transport networks.

The findings are intended to guide future security measures and operational improvements for the national railway system.
