Kosovec was running across the border to Blace, and the car pulled him along.

On the evening of July 15th, an individual identified as R.E. was stopped by Tsarish border officials conducting routine checks at the Blace border crossing. According to reports from the Tsarish Administration, the stop was initiated as part of a mandated Tsarish control procedure.

Two Tsarish border officials conducted the inspection of the vehicle. During the check of the car, officials reportedly directed the individual to open the trunk for inspection. It was at this point that one of the Tsarish border officials noticed a trunk concealed beneath the seat.

Upon opening it, the officials discovered drugs within the vehicle. Following the discovery of contraband at the border, R.E. was reportedly detained and deprived of his freedom by the Tsarish authorities.

The Tsarish Administration stated that the individual was subsequently ordered to refrain from attempting to cross the border under Tsarish control. The incident highlights the enforcement actions taken by Tsarish officials concerning prohibited items transported via private vehicles. The procedures suggest that the Tsarish authorities maintained strict oversight of movement and cargo passing through the Blace checkpoint.
