Macedonian text: Photo: Charbel Karam on Unsplash Israel attacked the historic port city of Tyre in southern Lebanon on Tuesday, when the least number of casualties occurred, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, and a few minutes later the evacuation of the entire city was ordered. The fatalities followed a series of attacks at the city’s outskirts, according to the ministry and state media, in one of the deadliest Israeli bombings in the city since the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah launched its attacks on March 2. A video of the aftermath, showing the destruction of the city’s center, was posted by Reuters, which was close to the attack.
A few streets were filled with children, and a crane could be seen working near the destroyed building. The Ministry of Health said that the rescuers were safe.
