During the first quarter of the year, a significant number of mortgage loans were recorded across the country. A total of 2,472 immovable property loans were processed between January and March, representing a combined value of €2,472,000,000 and 5,923,616,828 dinars. The Agency for the Prevention of Accidents of Immovable Property tracked the rise in loan activity closely.

January saw 619 loans registered, increasing to 849 in February and reaching 1,004 by the end of March. Notably, the city of Skopje accounted for a substantial portion of these loans, with 1,318 recorded during the first quarter. This data reflects ongoing activity within the real estate market and highlights the volume of loans being issued for property purchases.
