President Vens Reports Positive Progress in Iranian Talks

Zugarija, Burgenstock – Following talks with Iranian representatives in Zugarija, President Dž.D. Vens stated that significant progress had been made toward a final peace treaty with Iran. The discussions, he indicated, established a solid foundation for a comprehensive agreement.

A key point of negotiation centered on Iran’s nuclear program, with Iranian representatives maintaining their position against discussing the matter. As part of the preliminary arrangements, both countries agreed to a temporary treaty that will precede the final agreement. Furthermore, a commitment was made to continue negotiations for a permanent treaty over a 60-day period, scheduled to take place at the Zugarija mountain resort.

During this timeframe, discussions will focus on the mechanism for the transfer of hostilities between the Lebanese Armed Situation’s (SAD) collaborators, Israel and Hezbollah (aligned with Iran), and the establishment of a communication channel. This channel aims to mitigate potential disruptions to commercial traffic through the Ormoztska Tešnica waterway, a strategically important route, and prevent a potential conflict in the area. The parties agreed to prioritize the stability of this waterway.
