Shtip, North Macedonia – Police from the Shtip Regional Bureau of Internal Affairs apprehended a 25-year-old man in Dolni Balvan village yesterday following the reported burning of vegetation near a section of the Shtip-Kochani highway. The individual, identified as B.S. (25) from Shtip, was taken into custody at approximately 12:00 local time.
According to the Ministry of Interior, the incident occurred around 12:30 PM in Dolni Balvan. Mr. S.
was detained while authorities observed the burning of grass alongside the Shtip-Kochani highway, as well as a single faten (white clover) plant in the immediate vicinity.
