Macedonian text: Photo: EUSE More than 1,200 women from 20 settlements in Macedonia were educated at workplaces for the recognition and acceptance of corruption in real health, informs the Association for the Emancipation, Solidarity and Equality of Women – EUSE. As they inform, a total of 80 workplaces for girls and women aged 18 to 80 in Prilep, Bitola, Kumanovo, Tetovo, Shtip and St. Nicholas as well as in nearby settlements were established.

The aim of the workshops was to establish how much women know about corruption practices, but also to increase their knowledge and to encourage them to accept corruption in health. “All students took tests at and after the workplaces, and the results showed an improvement in the quality and knowledge about what corruption represents and what it is accepted as,” EUSE informs.
