For the initial six-month period spanning from January to June, the combined revenues realized by Budžeta reached 170 billion dinars. This figure represents an increase of 8.6% when compared to the budget set for the previous year, which stood at 169.9 billion dinars. Furthermore, the entity reported achieving over 45% of its planned targets for this year.
In reviewing the financial standing, Minister of Finance Gordana Dimitrijevic-Kocsojko assessed the current financial situation as stable. According to the commission’s resolution presented at the Assembly regarding the 2026 budget, she stated that revenue realization is meeting expectations, and expenditures are appropriately channeled toward fulfilling legal obligations and advancing key development policies. A notable aspect of the financial performance is that the largest portion of the revenues originated from regular economic activity.
Overall annual revenues were recorded at 96.7 billion dinars, with contributions from DVB also factored into the totals. The assessment suggests a managed expenditure framework designed to support both statutory requirements and strategic growth initiatives throughout the coming fiscal cycle.
