During the reconstruction, the government has identified the key priorities

The process of the Vlatadon’s reconstruction is currently under discussion among the citizenry, with the final decision being confirmed by VMRO-DPMNE. The stated objective of this overhaul is to ensure the responsible, efficient, and accountable administration of the state. According to the party, this comprehensive reconstruction effort stems from a careful analysis of past achievements, coupled with clear demands voiced by the citizens for significant reforms, enhanced operational efficiency, and elevated standards across all governmental institutions.

To implement this revised structure, several key ministerial appointments have been finalized. Sašo Klekovski has been appointed as the new Minister of Health. Furthermore, the Ministry of Social Policy will see Giko Vekovski, who currently serves as the Deputy Minister, assuming leadership.

In the restructured health sector, Zlatko Perinski will take the helm of the Fund for Health, succeeding Klekovski. Administrative reorganization also impacts other departments. Ivan Stoilkovski has been designated to lead the Ministry for Local Self-Government.

Additionally, a new Ministry, dedicated to integration and implementation without a specific predefined responsibility, will be overseen directly by the Minister. These appointments reflect the party’s commitment to institutional recalibration, ensuring that the governance structure remains responsive to the evolving needs of the population and the expectations of the citizens.
