Two individuals from the village of Idrizovo, located near Skopje, were arrested following an altercation that occurred in a local market. The incident involved an aggressive dog that entered the market area. According to police reports, the confrontation took place on the evening of August 31, around 10:30 PM, leading to the police taking the two residents into custody.
The police stated that the sequence of events began in the Idrizovo market when the aggressive dog was present. A neighbor, aged 41, reportedly intervened, advising the individuals not to bring the dog near the woman. Following this intervention, the police were involved, with reports indicating that the neighbor was physically attacked with a sharp object.
The police confirmed that the entire incident was documented. Furthermore, the police informed the media that the next phase of handling the case would involve submitting the matter to the European Union’s delegation on August 31.
