Investigation Launched Following Allegations of Cosmetic Procedures Using Botox in Tsarevska Unit

The Tsarevska Administrative Unit, part of the Tsarevska Filiya in Skopje 1, is investigating allegations of unauthorized cosmetic procedures involving Botox. A complaint was filed by a doctor and a nurse who claim they were compelled to administer Botox treatments, billed at 615,000 denars (approximately $80 USD) per day, while falsely classifying the product as a cosmetic item. The investigation began following a detailed inspection of a postal package undergoing customs clearance.

The package, initially listed as containing 10 cosmetic products, was found to contain 199 vials of Botox, a substance commonly utilized within the beauty industry. Formal complaints have been lodged with the Office of the State Attorney (OJSO) in Skopje, seeking the preparation of criminal cases related to suspected fraud, destruction of evidence, and violations within the Tsarevska unit. Authorities are examining the circumstances surrounding the delivery and use of the Botox.

The Tsarevska Administrative Unit’s initial discovery highlighted a significant discrepancy between the declared contents of the package and the actual goods received. Further investigation is underway to determine the full scope of the operation and any potential legal ramifications.
