Technical assessments confirm that the water is being directed into a designated ground basin. Officials stated that no water loss has been detected during the process. Furthermore, the water source from Plavac was verified as adequate, negating the need for supplementary filling measures.
Maintenance work was recently completed on a valve necessary for the pumping operation, which required opening and cleaning to ensure proper flow. Regarding the capacity of the basin, an official noted that while the usual filling time is approximately 30 minutes, the process currently requires an estimated 20 hours to fill from a completely empty state. These efforts are crucial for maintaining the water levels in the lake.
