Three separate incidents of violence have been reported in Skopje over the past few days, with authorities noting multiple instances where women were subjected to physical assault. One documented case involves a woman who has a history of enduring long-term physical and psychological abuse. According to reports, she was subjected to further physical abuse on August 21st at approximately 2:30 PM.
This alleged attack took place at her partner’s residence in Skopje, and the woman reportedly identified an individual identified as N.K. as the perpetrator. Separately, on the same date, a distinct incident was reported at 5:30 AM.
A 53-year-old woman from Skopje reported that she had been physically abused by her sister within their family home. These reports contribute to a pattern of multiple cases involving domestic violence. In total, the recent incidents detail at least two separate instances where women were physically attacked, in addition to the case involving the historical pattern of abuse.
Following these reports, the Skopje Police provided information to the relevant authorities, including the SRS, regarding the nature and details of the physical assaults documented in these cases.
