The peace deal for Trump’s Gaza renovation was published in the first contract for the construction of a military base

An initial agreement has been issued under the framework of a peace deal established by Donald Trump in January to manage the reconstruction efforts across Gaza. According to sources familiar with the matter, this first project involves the construction of a rudimentary military post designated for the resettlement of approximately 150 individuals identified as Moroccan gangs. This agreement, which has not yet been finalized, has been assigned to Arkel International, a company based in Louisiana.

Arkel International has previously executed work for the American administration on sites, including in Iraq. The oversight of this peace deal structure involves the American president, with leadership provided by Jared Kushner and Steve Wittkopf. A functionary associated with the Peace Deal confirmed via email that the effort is being overseen jointly by the deal’s leadership and a group of Palestinian technocrats.

The focus of the initial phase is the physical construction necessary for the designated post. The development of this reconstruction plan represents the first concrete step stemming from the broader peace deal. While the leadership structure is defined, the ultimate details of the agreement remain pending final approval.
