The alleged misconduct took place while an individual who had been previously deprived of liberty was being interrogated at the facility. The report indicates that the two police officers allegedly used physical force against the person.
Specifically, the officers are accused of using their fists to intimidate the individual, who was reportedly armed with razor-sharp razors on his arms at the time.
