GAZDA AND THE DIRECTOR WAS NUMEROUSLY PROMISED A RETURN – stolen 1,200,000 euros

The Financial Police Office of Skopje has filed a criminal complaint naming two individual persons—specifically identifying them as administrators and shareholders of a certain legal entity—as well as the legal entity itself. The charges stem from grounds of suspicion related to “Accidental provocation,” as outlined in Article 254, and “Theft or control of trustees,” detailed under Article 257 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of North Macedonia. The legal action involves multiple claims.

The first complaint was initiated by G. Z. and is directed against one of the individuals concerning their capacity as a legal agent and authorized person responsible for the disposition of the entity’s funds and accounts.

A second, separate complaint was lodged by A. S. This filing covers the period spanning from 2022 through 2024.

This second case alleges coordinated action involving multiple parties, and the central accusation is that these actions were aimed at the accidental provocation of the legal entity. The filing suggests a joint effort among several individuals to undermine the entity’s stability. The submission of these formal charges indicates that the authorities are investigating potential breaches of corporate governance and financial misconduct.

The charges brought by the Financial Police Office underscore a formal legal proceeding aimed at determining accountability for the management and financial oversight of the corporate structure.
