In 2025, 911 unlawfully built objects were registered, 96 of which are in private ownership

According to the State Statistical Office, a total of 911 unlawfully built objects were registered in 2025. The data provides a detailed breakdown of the various types of structures found to be built in violation of regulations. Among the most numerous categories of unlawfully built objects were residential structures and perimeter fencing.

Specifically, 169 objects related to housing were recorded, representing 18.6% of the total. Fences accounted for 164 instances, making up 18% of the total count. The remaining unlawful constructions were distributed across several functional categories.

Separate buildings were registered in 116 cases (12.7%), while attic and loft spaces accounted for 113 (12.4%). Extensions, upgrades, and adaptations were recorded in 110 instances (12.1%). Ancillary structures totaled 106 (11.6%), and garages were found in 79 locations (8.7%).

The registry also documented smaller, specialized objects, including 22 summer terraces (2.4%), 17 time objects (1.9%), 9 staircases (1%), and 6 terraces (0.7%). In addition to the overall count, the report highlighted that 757 objects were identified as having been built without adherence to principles. Regarding residential properties, 151 of these unlawfully built objects were classified as housing units.

The statistics underscore a broad scope of unauthorized construction across multiple property types.
