At the control point, the police officers found out that the driver, I.R., from the village of Batinci, municipality of Studenci, had driven with a speed of 244 kilometers per hour at the place where the speed limit is 120 kilometers per hour. The information was reported to the Ministry of Interior, and the judge-in-chief of Gevgelija, according to the directions of the chief prosecutor, was informed.
“The case will be documented and a criminal record will be submitted for the driver’s unlawful operation of a motor vehicle,” the police said.
