RESTAURANT OPEN IN THE MIDDLE MONTHS, SAYS VUCIC

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, announced that he plans to resign from his position in the next three to four months, and possibly sooner, opening the door for new presidential elections and possible political reconfiguration of the government in the country. In an interview with Radio Belgrade, Vucic revealed that he has started to collect his papers from the presidency, including his extensive library, which further fueled speculation about his impending resignation. He said, “I have started to pack my books.

I have many books and I am thinking about where to put them and which institution to give them to.” He also revealed that he is not planning to resign according to the established procedures. According to the Serbian Constitution, as long as the President resigns according to the established procedures, he cannot be impeached.
