It was alleged that the Touareg, which was testing a car, failed to adhere to posted road signs. Instead, the vehicle reportedly turned left directly into the path of the Honda motorcycle operated by Mikić B. The force of the impact sustained by the motorcyclist caused life-threatening trauma.
Medical personnel were able to stabilize him initially, but the severity of the injuries proved fatal.
