Police to Arrest Individuals in Skopje Following Financial Crime Investigation
Skopje – Authorities, including personnel from the Finance Police Authority and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, are executing a court-ordered series of arrests in Skopje. The operation is being conducted under the supervision of a public prosecutor from the Main Public Prosecutor’s Office for the prosecution of organized crime and corruption. The action follows a previous complaint filed by the Finance Police Authority against three individuals connected to the Football Federation of Macedonia (FFM).
These individuals include managers, associates, and authorized representatives of affiliated legal entities. The complaint, submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office, stemmed from suspicions related to multiple prior criminal cases. The investigation centers on the apprehension of two individuals.
