RZS Infrastructure has announced the commencement of construction works on the roadway connecting Skopje and Bitola. The scheduled work is set to begin on July 15, 2026, and is expected to be completed on the same date. The construction effort will cover multiple segments of the route.
Specifically, work will take place from the Bocarno Gumno station to the Nikola Karev company area. Additionally, separate construction efforts are scheduled for the sections running directly from Bitola to Skopje, and from Skopje to Bitola. These planned improvements are scheduled to take place across the entire Skopje to Bitola corridor, beginning in July.
The announcement specifies that all listed segments—including the stretch between Bocarno Gumno and Nikola Karev—will undergo construction activities starting and finishing on July 15, 2026.
