According to him, the critique points to several issues, including alleged political pressure on the court, the need for increased funding for both prosecutors and judges, and criticisms directed at the judiciary itself. Mitkoski pointed out a contradiction within the EC’s message, noting that the criticism leveled against the judges and prosecutors contradicted the call for more funding for those very bodies.
He stated that his own commentary remains focused on the pursuit of truth, a stance he intends to maintain. He concluded by asserting that the fundamental issues raised in the EC’s document are identical to those concerning the prosecutors and the judges.
