One parent in Kumanovo noted that in numerous instances, a parent is compelled to cease working to provide full-time care for their child until a suitable spot in a garden becomes available. This situation highlights a critical need for expanded educational facilities to support the community’s young population. While applications for new garden construction are reportedly on paper, the immediate need remains pressing.
