The incident came to light after a neighbor, identified in court documents as “G-A P,” discovered the disturbing video on a mobile phone belonging to Kranmer. According to the statement of probable cause, the neighbor found the footage after retrieving the phone from Kranmer following her eviction from the apartment.
The 14-second clip reportedly shows Kranmer laughing while taking the boy away from his residence. This video was subsequently posted to the neighbor’s Snapchat account. Police investigations indicated that the neighbor was able to identify Kranmer based on several distinctive characteristics, including her facial features, her voice, and a specific detail regarding her foot.
The fact that the video was recorded on a smartphone further assisted in the identification process. Authorities are investigating the possession and distribution of the video. Kranmer was identified in connection with the material found on the phone.
