HE DID NOT GIVE UP ON POLICE, PA SEEKED HIM AND SERVED IN THE POLICE: A 20-year-old was a sheep for two years in prison

A 20-year-old student originating from Studenciani was taken to the village of Morani in Skopje following the issuance of a court order for his probation on a two-year prison sentence. The individual, identified as B.A., was detained yesterday afternoon, around 5:25 p.m., by officers from the Intervention Police Unit at the SRS facility in Skopje. During the incident, it was noted that the student was in possession of a vehicle bearing Skopje registration plates.

Reports indicate that prior to his detention, he had not been stopped by police officers while operating the vehicle. Upon his return journey, he was also observed driving a Volkswagen Golf displaying Skopje registration plates, and at that time, he was not intercepted by law enforcement personnel. Following his arrest, subsequent checks were conducted by the police.

These investigations confirmed that B.A. had been convicted of criminal offenses stipulated under Article 292 and Article 288 of the Criminal Code, resulting in the two-year sentence. The actions taken by the police culminated in the transfer of the student to the Morani area to serve the judicial mandate.
