Other frequent violations observed included the improper disposal of empty bottles, failure to wear seat belts, overloading of vehicles, and unsupervised night swimming near the caps. Safety risks were also highlighted concerning the operation of water scooters. Owners of these vessels were cited for failing to maintain the legally mandated distance of 300 meters from the shoreline.
For this specific infraction, a fine of 250 euros is applicable, with repeat offenses resulting in the permanent confiscation of the scooter. These enforcement actions underscore ongoing regulatory challenges.
