VMRO-DPMNE has arrested Filipče and Abaze: “MODULARIZED HOSPITALS SET UP AND THE SITES OF THE PRECIOUS METALS AND THE UNFULFILLED CONDITIONS”

The political discourse surrounding the use and regulation of modular hospitals has resurfaced, with the VMRO-DPMNE party making several specific accusations. The party asserts that during the COVID-19 crisis, official institutional warnings regarding these facilities were issued. Furthermore, VMRO-DPMNE highlighted the incident involving a modular hospital in Tetovo in 2021, where 14 fatalities were recorded, claiming that the facility’s operations did not comply with established law.

According to the party’s statements, Artan Etemi, the economic director of the Tetovo hospital, allegedly attempted to avoid utilizing the modular hospital until the final moments. Etemi was reportedly sentenced to one and a half years in prison in connection with these matters. Additionally, VMRO-DPMNE raised concerns regarding administrative procedures, claiming that the Katastrot entity attempted to register modular hospitals as tangible goods.

The party further noted that multiple notifications were issued by the supervisory body, citing compliance with Article 74 of the relevant law. These claims form a core part of the political critique being advanced by VMRO-DPMNE concerning hospital infrastructure management and regulatory adherence.
