Six people are accused of embezzling money from this name

The main prosecution in Skopje has announced that six individuals are accused of orchestrating a significant bank credit fraud. The investigation revealed that the accused submitted falsified data, sourced from the Agency for Employment and the Fund for Health Insurance, which resulted in the insured person losing their health insurance coverage. The individuals face charges including the falsification of data, abuse of personal data, and computer crime.

Furthermore, a warrant has been issued for 33 other persons related to computer fraud fines. According to the prosecution, the core of the deception involved the accused inputting unidentified data into the information systems of multiple financial companies. This unauthorized entry caused systemic errors in the electronic processing and transmission of official data originating from the Agency for Employment.

Investigators noted that one person employed by the Agency for Employment assisted the group in executing this scheme. The legal action highlights serious breaches concerning the integrity of personal and institutional data. The charges underscore the criminal misuse of sensitive records and the subsequent financial and social consequences faced by the victim.

The prosecution is pursuing these charges to address the systematic compromise of official databases and the resulting financial fraud perpetrated by the group of people involved.
