These proceedings relate to an incident classified under Article 386 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Macedonia.

Furthermore, a main suspect in a related case is also involved in legal action concerning an 18-year-old individual. The allegations stem from an event that reportedly took place on March 13th. According to reports, a girl who was 13 years old at the time was lured from her residence to a secluded location near the “Sokolana” sports center.

At this site, the victim allegedly endured a brutal assault, resulting in injuries to her face and body, and having her hair cut. The sequence of events was reportedly recorded on a mobile phone. Following the attack, the victim was allegedly subjected to death threats, compelling her silence regarding the incident.
