The European Ambassador for Macedonia, Mihalis Rukas, expressed optimism regarding the legislative process concerning amendments to the Electoral Code, which is currently being developed by the Reform Agency. Rukas stated his belief that a point of consensus will eventually be reached among the various political parties.
