Furthermore, 16,740 individuals have been reported injured, while 6,462 people have been successfully rescued.

Despite these figures, rescue operations remain active. Identification of the victims is not yet finalized, with 315 individuals requiring identification processes to be completed. Search efforts are continuing in areas where the situation remains undetermined, as rescue teams are actively searching for any potential survivors.

Jorge Rodriguez, President of the National Assembly, confirmed that the commitment to saving lives persists. He noted that the capabilities of international rescue personnel have been enhanced with upgraded machinery capable of detecting vital signs, such as heartbeats or residual heat, which helps confirm the presence of life. The rescue teams are reportedly working continuously on the ground to maximize efforts to save lives.
