A cargo plane crashed in the vicinity of Pakistan – the remains were found

The search for the crew of the private cargo aircraft K2 Erveus has concluded with the discovery of the remains. Following the incident, the Pakistan Air Force’s airfield management initiated efforts to locate the crew members after the aircraft was involved in an emergency situation. The K2 Erveus was en route from Karachi, a city in southern Pakistan, destined for Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates.

According to reports from mediators, the incident occurred at 21:21 local time on Tuesday, when the aircraft reportedly lost altitude and contacted air traffic control. Prior to this, the crew had encountered issues with the navigation system. This event follows a period of heightened activity concerning air and maritime forces within Pakistan.

The search operation eventually located the remains 53 nautical miles south of Ormara, a port city situated on the Arabian Sea. Ormara is located approximately 360 kilometers west of Karachi. The discovery marks the culmination of efforts to find the crew following the malfunction of the aircraft.

Authorities have confirmed the location of the remains, concluding the search phase for the private cargo aircraft.
