Don’t blame! – CRIVICHNI PRAVA FOR THE NEGATORS AND FOR THE PARENTS

Police authorities in Skopje have identified the individuals involved in a recent violent incident and have commenced the process of submitting criminal records pertaining to the events that transpired. According to the Ministry of Interior, the investigation’s scope is broad, indicating that criminal records will be filed not only against the minors who allegedly participated in the incident and filmed the events but also against the parents deemed responsible for the children’s conduct. The incident reportedly occurred yesterday afternoon at the Aerodrom park.

The official complaint was filed at the Skopje Police Department by a 31-year-old mother, who alleged that her 12-year-old daughter had been subjected to physical and psychological abuse in the park. Conversely, an official report detailed that a 14-year-old minor and her companion were allegedly abused by two unrelated adults at the Aerodrom site. Authorities have taken steps to ensure accountability regarding the alleged misconduct.

The filing of criminal records against the guardians suggests that the investigation extends beyond the immediate perpetrators. The police action emphasizes a commitment to addressing the systemic responsibility of the parents in cases of juvenile delinquency or involvement in illegal activities. The submission of these criminal records is part of the ongoing effort to process and address the gravity of the reported violence.
